McNeil Commercial was founded by Jamie McNeil a chartered surveyor who lives and works in Bath and commenced trading in the Autumn of 2009.
Prior to starting McNeil Commercial Jamie accumulated fifteen years experience advising the UK’s largest and most successful commercial property landlords working for respected UK consultancy firms Workman LLP and GVA Grimley. Jamie also worked for 3 years in Washington DC for the largest privately owned full service real estate company in the DC Metro area Donohoe Real Estate.
During this time Jamie felt that many business tenants would have benefitted from cost effective professional advice and decided that he would set up his own firm that specialises in helping occupiers.
Jamie's experience and knowledge gained from acting for institutional funds, national and regional property companies for all property types, gives McNeil Commercial valuable insight into the commercial property market. This valuable insight combined with our extensive contacts is used to great effect and provides outstanding results for our clients whether they are landlords or tenants.
